To further explore my research questions, you need to define the concept of change management (incremental vs disruptive change), identify the external and internal factors which can trigger a change in organizations.
You also need to specify the different ways to empower people and what are the pros and cons related to this.
3- Questionnaire (4 pages)
The questionnaire should be designed in a way which will allow you to translate these concepts in an operational way.
