During the course, students are to write reviews for relevant, workplace-diversity articles that have been published after January 1, 2010 (to keep the subject material relatively current) that are hospitality related. The articles may be any length, and may be either trade/industry or academic in origin. These reviews must be at least 300 words (and single spaced), succinct, as concise as possible, and be relevant to the topics covered in this course.
