The business that I want to start is a food truck Business as a sole proprietorship. The name that I want to use is “Taste of Killeen”. I want to start this business here in Ft. Hood, TX since there are so many soldiers here that will benefit from it. There is a huge problem on post during lunch time for anyone to get something to eat in a timely manner since there are so many people working here now.
