My group selected Robert Kyle for the position because he has been with the company 20 years and has contributed significantly towards the growth of BRB internationally and in the US. His credentials strongly points out his past experience, including the two other international divisions he headed for BRB in Canada and Japan, while he was the head of those two other international division, and he received excellent reviews from Lizfeld in the past for international work. Mr. Kyle has a strong background with BRB international process; BRB culture and BRB procedures. Mr. Kyle brings demonstrated abilities and knowledge for the required job; demonstrated management skills internally and externally and demonstrated technical skills. His only weakness is speaking the language. However, with culture/attitude training he will add to the success of the company.
