You can do a training program to improve sales. The problem in my company is that we mostly rely on our call centre to make the sale. However, because we don’t pay enough salary per hour, my employees leave the field to join a different field. My hourly rate is competitive, but not much compared to other fields at the entry-level.
We tried to train staff, but since it’s a revolving door, we give a quick training now. We started a target system but most callers are unable to achieve their target on a daily/weekly basis.
