Since most of us depend on the media for seeking information about different events or even wars, I decided to give a speech about how the media can be used by people to influence other people in so many ways world wide. Also, I’m going to give some examples that made all of us have different point of views towards it, like the syrian refugees. However, regarding the sources that I’m going to use, I will refer to some common topics from different countries and how these countries used the media to make their people agree with what they’ve done or what they’re trying to do. For instance, in my home country, the media always agree with the royal family. If anyone decides to make a move and stand against their decision, he will be arrested or maybe killed. In some other countries, some unexpected things could happen when sometimes their media people didn’t have enough time to get their people ready for it like the syrian refugee thing, when the reporter hit a father who was carrying his son so the police could arrest him. That what could happen if the media is not prepared for an event. However, I will try to convince my audience about not to believe what they hear from the media because what they hear is not always right. Everyone should stop turning the tv on when something happens and start getting any information from people that don’t consider any agenda to make other people believe in what they want them to believe.
