In participating in a group project thesis writing.I need to consider how the process went, including the group dynamics, what lessons I learned and what I would do differently next time. The experience was good at the beginning of the project when our group project thesis work started. We were very dynamic as the work was new for us. Preparing a thesis was new to us, therefore every member of the group was working hard. MBTI has to be applied to our group work. The literature review as written by all the group members and every team member wrote a section. Right after the accident of one of the team members, the group work became more and more difficult and the work became load on 2 members whereas the third member was not performing at all especially after reporting the qualitatives and the quantitatives. From an individual perspective, I found some obstacles when preparing my qualitative research questionnaire as I had to deal with French multi national companies and I have to prepare the questions in french then translate them into English when editing the quals.
