The most convenient approach is to identify an issue currently being faced in the workplace and develop the training plan around that issue. Utilizing the concepts, tools and techniques in Chapter 3 of the text, prepare a detailed needs assessment. Utilizing the concepts in Chapter 4 through 8, designing the training using the most appropriate methods for the appropriate learning theory. Include an evaluation of the training that would be conducted to assess effectiveness of the training and on which you could base subsequent modifications to the training. Please be sure to use the concepts in my textbook. You need to use the concepts in Chapter 3 for needs assessment (page 121 figure 3.2), Chapter 5 for Training Design (page 208 table 5.6)and Chapter 6 for Training Evaluation (page 237, page 269).
