“For my Service Learning I was placed in “Sinai Plaza Rehab & Nursing” Basically a place where old/younger people with mental or physical health are placed. Throughout my service learning we cooked for the elderly and played various games like bingo and dominos. Also, I had to take the elderly on wheelchairs from their rooms to the Activity room, where all activities are held. This really showed me a new understanding of how some unfortunate people are forced to live the rest of their lives. I think they could show more interest towards the patient, and provide more activities throughout the day. ”
