You select two films that you have been shown (in full or in extracts), and compare and contrast the ways they deal with religion and the religious. You must reference these answers. Each one should focus on a particular film (e.g. ‘Agora’ and ‘Life of Brain), and you discuss the treatment of religion and religiosity using comparisons from other films that have been discussed in classes. In each answer you will discuss how religion and religiosity are portrayed in the particular film you chose, and compare and contrast that briefly with other films you’ve discussed in the unit. you don’t compare ‘Agora’ and ‘Life of Brian’ to each other.
