Prepare a PowerPoint presentation highlighting your expertise in collecting, verifying, reporting, and using global information for the improvement of corporations across the world. How is the role of HR viewed in a globally competing organization? What challenges do HR professionals face within an international setting by maintaining positive organizational change and innovative strategies? Additionally, your presentation should include your recommendations for enhancing the programs within your organization (either actual or hypothetical), along with the human resources management function.
