Once you have found this case you must read it and summarise the facts of the case and summarise the judgment of the case. In addition to this you will need to provide the following information
o Which judges decided this case?
o What type of law/laws did this case focus on?
o What cases where referred to within this case? You must cite at least 5 cases mentioned in this case and cite them correctly.
o Were these cases followed by this case or did they distinguish this case?
o Were there any Tasmanian cases discussed in this case and if so what are the names of these cases?
o Has this case been followed in any cases decided after this case and if yes what are the names of these case and in which Court jurisdiction where these cases.
