This is a detailed story of how a company called ENRON (The seventh largest Fortune 500 corporation in 2001) completely collapsed and went bankrupt. It was, and still is, one of the largest corporate scandals in American corporate history. Use the following guidelines to write a book review: 1) Name only in the upper right hand corner of page one, 2) Double-spaced, 3) 12-point font, 4) Times New Roman font, 5) write five FULL pages of narrative. Write an overview of what you learned from the book and explain in detail FIVE specific actions or behaviors of Enron executives and employees took that led to their demise. The book has a lot of financial and accounting discussion in it that is hard to follow unless you have a background in those fields. Don’t worry about it. You do not have to have a deep background in these subjects to understand what they did to bring about their own destruction—along with a lot of others. This book review assignment will be worth 100 points.
