I only need perceptions on leadership quality among employees with using employee training, salary ranges, and career level as variables. Description of Problem This research paper will examine the impact of certain variables on perceptions of leadership quality among employees at varied organizations. Pay Employees that believe their leaders earn a salary that is too high compared to their own has negative perceptions of that leader. The higher the employee salary, the more positive their perceptions of their leader and organization.
