This assignment requires you to submit a 1,500 word original essay answering the following question: Using a significant Public Company as a case study, examine no more than three specific instances or examples which demonstrate how that organisation is affected by the behaviour of those working within and or external to the company, why the behaviours take place and with what effect. You must incorporate module-relevant theories and models. You should include in your work three relevant academic quotations, and your essay should be based on five key academic sources, each of which should be cited no more than three times. All such content should be correctly referenced – see “Plagiarism” overleaf. You should also include with your essay a completed self-assessment and checklist – this contributes up to 10% of your total mark for this coursework.
