• Ability to identify and select information from a variety of authoritative sources;
• Ability to communicate arguments/points in an appropriate format, including appropriate use of legal terminology and ability to reference work correctly;
• Reflection on tasks and activities set and evaluation of own performance;
• Ability to draft an appropriate action plan for future personal development.
