PART TWO
Reflecting on the material you have encountered, surveys you have undertaken, and the discussions that you have been engaged in with your study group for this course, answer the questions below.

2. How do you intend to apply this learning in your working life?
3. What further support do you think you require in order to realize your goals, taking
into consideration possible barriers to fulfillment.

Students are reminded that whilst some questions may very evidently refer to a particular unit they are all designed to span issues across the entire module. A full answer to the question will require reflection on the issues that you have encountered throughout the course. It is important to bear in mind that the content of your answer will depend on the argument that you wish to put forward in answer to the question and not solely on the concepts that the question explicitly identifies.
Assessment criteria for the Portfolio
Your portfolio should consist of:
1. Reponses to all 3 parts of the assessment.
2. Each part should be clearly identified in the portfolio through a new page and
appropriate headings.
Your portfolio should be formally structured, properly formatted and written in a formal academic style.
Page setup: A4 (portrait).
Recommended margins: Left – 2.5cm, Right – 2.5cm, Top – 3cm, Bottom 3cm. Line spacing: single.
Font: Arial, Times Roman or Courier.
Font size: 12.
Page numbers are required.
You must structure your portfolio to ensure that it covers the relevant points identified in the questions.
You do not need to provide an Introduction or Conclusion.
On page one of the portfolio please provide:
1. (a) Your name.
2. (b) Your student number.
3. (c) The title of the module and the module code.
4. (d) The date of submission.
5. (e) Your total word count.
All sources used in the preparation of the assignment paper (including the
reviewed article) must be fully and correctly referenced using the Harvard
referencing format.
