In this section, you are required to form a view as to the most likely shift in the yield curve over the period (graphs and detailed explanations are needed) and construct the portfolio that can take advantage of this anticipated movement. In addition to the yield curve change, please also pay more attention to 1) the analysis of economic and financial condition and 2) expectation of interest rates and term structure which are used to back up the rational of construction of portfolio.
