The purpose of this paper is to research, analysis and discuss a significant corporate fraud that has occurred. The paper should provide a discussion around the background and brief history of the company, identify and discuss the reason or type of fraud. Explain the impact of the fraud on the organization and any other stakeholders. What was the outcome of the fraud? Was the activity illegal? Unethical? Both? Throughout the paper, reference the topics discussed in class and how they relate to your research. The paper should be approx. 12-15 pages long and utilize APA or MLA reference style. Each student will be required to present their findings (approx. 20 minutes) to the class.
