Key aspects and task:

o get familiar with aspects of: “Female Leadership“ (theory and reality)
o get familiar with aspects of differences between genders

• Read instructor comment, statement and question
• Discuss and answer the question of the instructor – stay very focussed!!
o Paragraph 1: introduction – focus directly on how the business world is at the moment (dominated by men) and in what situations women do better, you might use a proper example/real case
o Paragraph 2: reflect the situation how the business world would look like if women are in majority of business leaders
Do NOT focus onto political situation!! But you might keep in mind how M. Thatcher, A. Merkel (German chancellor) or Hillary Clinton are working – but only to get a picture.
o Paragraph 3: conclusion – summarize, you might name pros and cons
