He also won 4th International Online Medical Conference Best Student Paper Award. All these can be used as a better assessment mechanisms than the GRE.
(4) He has the potential to become a very successful doctoral student in the program (the background already shown).
(5) Hope to be considered of all those situation, he knows the GRE score time frame might be a problem but he is willing to do anything to solve the problem and to prove himself.
