I have design a novel PCR primer to detect a unique gene that causes uropathogenic E.Coli. In this project i first worked with bioinfromatic to comapre three strains of E.coli to detect which one of them cause UPEC. Then i have selceted on of my gene to design a primer and then used PCR to run my sample and confirmed that my selected gene causes UPEC.
