-Explain the transformation of the foreign policies that had to happen, since Morsi was a pro ally for turkey and Qatar, and Sissi was a pro ally for Saudi Arabia, which is the regional enemy of Qatar when it comes to the Arab spring, due to its disagreements with the Muslim brotherhood.
