2- Need to introduce a substantial amount of legal analysis and comparison into the paper. Much of what I have written focuses mainly on economic theory and political theory, with only passing references to law. This is, a deficiency of the paper that should be addressed.

3- Need more emphasized to law (legislation). I think the legal aspects these topics need to be explored and emphasized, at least to balance out the heavy emphasis you have laid on economic and social aspects.
