Reflective Report and Group working
In groups of 4, each group member is required to write a formal report critically analysing one identified corporate strategy theory. [eg. Ansoff, Porter, Pestle etc]. The report will evaluate and summarise the model chosen, and reflect their individual analysis of its value to corporate strategy. The report should be 500 words in length (+ or – 10%). The four reports will be submitted together, as a single document of 2000 words (+ or – 10%).
The individual pieces should reflect upon your own understanding of strategic thinking and its link to corporate strategy.
Academic theory of corporate strategy should be applied and cited in Harvard referencing style [refer to academic skills handbook]
The above is the details of the task required. I have chosen PESTLE for my individual report which is 500 words (+ or – 10%) so the critical analysis of my individual assignment will be based on PESTLE. Also need to apply a business as an example when critically analysing PESTLE and the example should be SAMSUNG. Also apply e.g. graphs, charts etc where necessary.
