This paper requires the reading of the first 4 chapters of Dambisa Moyo’s Dead Aid along with 5 articles. I am arguing for the fact that there are failures within the World Bank and IMF that supports Moyo’s thesis (Africa is underdeveloped because it depends on aid). These failures include corruption (mentioned in chapter 4) and mismanagement (in the articles I will provide). I have made a start on the paper but I cannot seem to continue.
