Distinctive feature of academic writing

Its the second exercise for this first year unit which its all about academic writing and other stuff..

we should identify a destinctive feature of academic writing. Written comparison of source on a single topic, including academic resources.

i will attach the unit guide and the task description in page 22 .. please look at it carefully

also i have attached an example but please dont copy and paraphrase it . i want totally a different topic just choose one of the topics that are available in the unit guide such as globalization. just make sure to follow the criteria of the example .
