The essay must be submitted electronically via Turnitin. The submission deadline is Friday 15 May 2014 by 3pm.
The research essay shall not exceed 5000 words (which includes the footnote references but not the abstract and the bibliography). The abstract should be of no more than 150 words. Its main purpose is to present the reader with the juridical question with which the research paper is concerned. The abstract should be displayed before the table of contents. Please clearly indicate your chosen question or approved topic at the top of the essay.
The essay must be word processed, single paged (numbered) and double-spaced with font size 12. The essays must be fully referenced with footnotes consistent in style throughout the text.
