What anthropological questions did Rolston-Smith explore in her ethnography, Undermining Gender? In your answer, think about the assumptions, theoretical frameworks, and methodologies that inform her ethnographic questions or research project? Meaning, What argument is she making? How does her work fit into cultural anthropology (the themes we explored in class)? Develop your essay around a clear argument (or thesis statement) and use supporting evidence.
