1. Perform literature search on HWE principles and concepts.
2. Describe leadership role and responsibilities in developing, creating, and promoting a HWE for nurses.
3. Discuss and describe leadership behaviors.
4. Identify benefits of a culture of trust. Identify barriers and how to minimize or eliminate barriers.
5. What are the standard point of care leader expectations? How do I do rounds? What are the behaviors that the leader demonstrates?
