Students will discuss their own (cultural) identities by employing an intersectional approach (i.e. talking about identity in regards to nation, race, ethnicity, age, gender, sexuality, generation, (dis)ability)
Students will examine their positionality within the context of the events/media texts they have selected (Short Papers 1 and 3).
Students must use 3-4 external sources (preferably academic articles) excluding the primary text to support the student’s position on the topic.
