Specifically, does the student repeat what was read/heard, or adds his/her own thoughts about the implications of what was learned? Interpretation of what knowledge means to his/her own study or work environment (20 points). Is there any reflection on teamwork, and/or the BSG, and/or relevant work experience, and/or current business events? Is there any reflection on connections between the course concepts and tools? Any discussion of the cumulative impact of strategy implementation concepts? Discussion of student’s views on corporate social responsibility, environmental sustainability and ethics (20 points). Discussion of the role and place of indigenous issues/relations in strategy implementation process (20 points). Major takeaways, progression in learning and thinking, new competences and new abilities (20 points). Other insights and comments (10 points) The reflection report should include 1) a cover page with your name, course number and section, and 2) up to 5 pages (double or 1.5 spaced) of your personal reflection on this course’s experiences. The report should adopt a personal perspective as everyone’s individual learning is different. Don’t forget to connect ideas, and include some discussion on how you can use the concepts/tools/experiences in your future work, or in your study.
