Literature Review Paper Key Assignment (LLO 3.2 Creativity Mid-Level) Students will write a paper during the course, which synthesizes 3-4 themes discovered in the literature on an organizational behavior topic of choice. The paper should be 5-7 pages in length, not including title and reference pages. The topic should be selected during the first week of the course and approved by the facilitator. Review the table of contents from your text to identify a chapter of interest; then review the “So what” boxes within that chapter to select a topic. Use scholarly journals from the Library’s electronic resources and find at least 8-10 journal articles on your topic. (Refer to the BSOL Learning Guide for a recommended list of journals.) As a conclusion to the paper, students will evaluate the literature as it may inform potential for creative change within an organization of the student’s choice.
