Marriage and Family

Marriage and Family. Ask 20 different people if they believe same sex couples should be allowed to marry. Try to get a good mix of DIFFERENT people (no one under 18 years of age, though try to get some old, some in between and some younger adults). Then ask the same 20 people, if gay or lesbian couples should be allowed to adopt children. Record your results for each of the 20 respondents for both questions and turn those results in with your assignment. Tabulate (count) your results and present them in at least one paragraph that is typed and double-spaced. Use your data, your actual numbers in your discussion. Look for any patterns in your response (e.g, were younger or older people more likely to think gay marriage and adoption should be allowed? Did some people think adoption was OK but not marriage between the same sex? Men vs. women more likely to feel one way or the other?) You also need and introductory paragraph explaining what you are doing and a concluding paragraph summarizing your finding. include your original responses as an attachment to your paper. When you collect your data, you may find it useful to record individual responses on a separate sheet. Also, on that separate sheet include some basic demographic information about your respondent (sex; age; marital status; race, etc). In writing your interview results, be VERY specific about the exact number of responses you receive about a particular topic.

I would do this myself but im swamped right now in paperwork and a extra hand would be grateful. Also where you get your information is up to you. You can make it up if you like
