Paper should connect music psychology across cultures and examine the different ways music is used or not used to change states of mind and as a mood enhancer, focus particularly on psychology studies that have shown the difference music makes in peoples moods and connect that to common cultural practices (music as a social tool etc), and the mentality and goals of musical expression as a psychological concept across cultures.
