As a policy brief I wanted to strengthen the paper by addressing and trying to persuade the United States Congress that Unemployment in middle eastern countries overseas in a growing issue and ticking time bomb that must be addressed. The previous paper was mostly descriptive and I would like to add what should be done and are the current policies sufficient? Also what do you recommend should be done overall. Add in what can the United States and other countries do to help with reforms in the middle east and Saudi Arabia.
