If you find any information on NYC Public school segregation (1940s or 50s) perhaps that would be a good place to start from. In general, a major event that should is the Ocean Hill crisis of 1968.Please try and find other major events within the NYC Board of Education as it relates to black children. Please talk about black children specifically in this paper. ALso include the current state of the matter (ex. Are we fully desegregated). Please do this in a chronological manner. In the summation I will be giving my opinion but I will be writing it based off the facts presented in this research paper.I provided a file on he main theme of the paper.
