This week we’ll be looking at approaches to your final, individual critical reflection. Essentially you are asked to engage critically with case study materials etc (I am paraphrasing) to evaluate and reflect on how your learning throughout the simulation may have shaped your strategic decision-taking abilities.
You are also asked to consider your part in group activities and how you may have influenced the decisions taken and how your opinions may have been shaped by others too.
To that end, I thought I should stimulate your thinking with some interesting think pieces on the value of simulations in business learning and a perspective on virtual collaboration which many of you will have engaged in when putting together your assignment 1: Group Report.
Don’t feel you have to use any of the attached – but in the event you want to step back from strategy theory and instead reflect on your learning experiences, you are welcome to draw inspiration from the attached!
