Detailed description of the proposal (including how you plan to implement the technology and the benefits to using technology)
Cost of the technology and implementation over time – often the initial purchase of technology is just the beginning, consider the cost of
maintenance, upgrades, software/apps, wireless infrastructure, etc.)
