Drawing on topics already covered in this course (e.g., recent trends in management thinking, environment, corporate culture, ethics), your own experiences and other readings from this course or others, comment on the pros and cons of “radical candor” in the workplace. SOME SUGGESTIONS ABOUT WAYS FOR THINKING ABOUT YOUR COMMENTS: You might think about this in terms of how you would do in such an environment (and why) and, if you were tasked with how to implement such a system how you might go about doing so in order to get the most benefit out of candor without human costs that are too high. You may also (though this is not required) think about glancing at later chapters on leadership, motivation, and communication for other ideas.*
