In addition one of his parents was born with a physical disability which requires the use of a wheelchair for mobility. You are the social worker that is assigned to visit John and his family every 2 weeks. After your recent visit your line manager has requested that you produce an information pack addressing perceptions of health, disability that will be used as the basis for training future new social workers.
