The new US President desires to know if stopping radicalized persons from traveling to the Middle East is legal and ethical. Your purpose in this analytic paper is to determine the legal and ethical basis for federal counterterrorism activities directed at stopping radicalized persons from travelling to the Middle East. An Argument Map shall be included as an appendix to the paper to outline the logical argumentation used to structure the paper’s arguments. A paper conclusion section is not required.
