Try to include three or four SMART objectives, defining what the objective was, how you thought you would achieve it and what resources or support you felt you may need. Please comment on how realistic your plan now seems with the benefit of hindsight and how you would change it now. Once you have made your initial post, your subsequent posts should discuss how the group’s experience of PDPs can be applied to strategic planning. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the nature of strategy and its importance in an organisational context. Express a holistic comprehension of the core principles of strategic management.
