The integration team and its impact on project performance and innovation

The report about integration team and its impact on the project performance and innovation the writer should focus about :
how that integration from the team in different factors like communication impact the performance and the innovation in the project
the writer should notice that the project is group students report except number (figure number 5 kindly check the description down )will be individual so the writer should write three different case studies for three projects to do the cross case analysis in the part (figure number 6 kindly check the description down each student should analyse the case studies for other.

the report should be written as following :
1-executive summary one page

2-literature review :critical analysis for the current literature about integration team and its impact on the project performance and innovation(performance and innovation )both factors 1000 words

3- conceptual framework explain the factors in the literature review

4_methodology:the methodology should be qualitative based on primary data collected through interview or questionnaire the questions should be written on appendix for each case separately

5- three case studies different projects the writer does not have to name the project you can name it as project x for organization x

*first case study will be for about x project and how the integration team impact the project x performance and innovation for exampleyou should write about factors impacted the project performance and innovation by integrated team 1000 words

*second case study second case study will be for about x project and how the integration team impact the project x performance and innovation for example you should write about factors impacted the project performance and innovation by integrated team 1000 words

Application: Measures of Occurrence and Data Sources

Application: Measures of Occurrence and Data Sources

Epidemiologists spend much of their time analyzing data and evaluating the validity of the sources of their data. In this Application Assignment you will be presented with a scenario where you are asked to interpret the meaning of the data. You’ll also determine the probable source and validity of the data.

To prepare for this Application Assignment:
• Select one health condition that interests you. For a list of conditions, visit
http://www.cdc.gov/DiseasesConditions/
• Review the following scenario.

Suppose you are working in a state health department monitoring trends in the occurrence of various reportable conditions. As you compare this year’s trends with last year’s, you notice an increase in the occurrence of the condition that you chose.
With the scenario in mind, complete a 2- to 3-page paper that states the chosen condition and responds to the following questions.
• What considerations are important to explore to determine if the increase in reported numbers represents a true increase in the incidence of the condition? For considerations, this means anything that could affect a true increase in the rates, possibly causing it to appear that there is an increase, and possibly an epidemic, but in fact, that might not be the case. Examples include: screenings, testing, change in diagnosis criteria, policies, laws, campaigns, etc. Describe at least two considerations.
• What descriptive epidemiologic factors (time/place/person) might you consider in order to assess the differences in occurrence?
• What descriptive epidemiologic factors (time/place/person) might you consider in order to assess the differences in occurrence over time? How would these factors contribute to your understanding of the increase in the occurrence of the condition?

Phenomenon of Interest: Polypharmacy and its Potential Effects in Elderly Patients

For this assignment, you will be further defining your Phenomenon of Interest within a theoretical and ethical framework. The same Phenomenon of Interest (POI) identified in your first written paper should also be used for this assignment. You will begin this paper by providing a concise description of your POI, this information should be a short summary of information your presented in your first paper.

Next, you will discuss the Fawcett’s Meta-paradigm of Nursing and relate the paradigm directly to your POI. How do the four concepts within the meta-paradigm relate to your POI? Is one more important? Do all four have the same level of importance? You should support this section with peer reviewed references as appropriate. Specifically identify the components of the meta-paradigm within your discussion. Be sure to reference the meta-paradigm appropriately.

Then, you will select both a Grand nursing theory as well as a Middle range nursing theory. Take time to review several examples of each type of theory as the selected theories need to “fit” your POI…and work well together.

Grand theory discussion: identify and discuss the inter-related concepts from your selected theory. What aspects of the nursing meta-paradigm are addressed by your grand theory? Then provide information about how you will view your POI through the lens of the grand theory. How does the theory guide your assessment of the POI? How does the theoretical framework chosen categorize or define your POI? How does the theoretical framework effect your perception of the POI?

Middle range theory discussion: identify and discuss the inter-related concepts within the middle range theory. What aspectsof the nursing meta-paradigm are addressed in the mid-range theory? How will this theory guide your assessment/perception of the POI? How does this mid range theory relate to your grand theory?

Complexity science: how does complexity science relate to your POI? Depending on the nature of your POI, this conversation may have different foci for different students. For example, if your POI is glycemic management of the peri-operative patient, this discussion would center on the complex responses of the human body as a Complex Adaptive System. If your POI is focused on a policy change issue, the focus may be on organizational complexities with communication, change, etc.

Ethical framework: you should discuss your specific POI in the context of ethical principles. Basic principles include autonomy, justice, beneficence, and non-maleficence. Is your POI in violation of a core ethical principle? Is it possible it may be in violation? What ethical principles do you need to be sure to safeguard?

Conclusion: this section should not contain any new information but should only provide a summary of what what discussed in the paper.

A few important points:

Since you are going to be discussing theories within this paper, it is very important to provide the PRIMARY source when referencing the theory either in text and on the reference list. Who wrote the theory? And when was it published? Answer those questions and that is who the citation should be. For example, Roger’s theory of unitary beings should be cited to Rogers, not to a text book or journal article that discusses the theory. If you are having problems locating the original source for the theory, refer to the reference lists with articles or in books that your are reviewing. You will almost certainly find the original source referenced within the article or textbook.
This is a scholarly assignment which means it should be liberally referenced with peer reviewed literature. Support what you say with evidence from the literature. There is no “hard and fast” rule for the number of references to include, but for an assignment of this magnitude, I would say that 10-12 references would be a minimum. There a number of potential references provided for you in the Required readings and resources of this Lesson’s Unit. This should be a great start, but searching the literature for further resources is also going to be required.

Grading criteria Points
Introductory paragraph. There must be a thesis statement that tells the reader what will be discussed in the paper. /1
Phenomenon of Interest: give a brief description of the Phenomenon of Interest that will be the basis of the discussion for this paper. This should be a short summary of the information presented in the first paper for this course and should be supported with peer reviewed references. /2
Nursing Meta-paradigm: discuss the meta-paradigm of nursing as it relates specifically to your POI. What concepts within the meta-paradigm does your POI speak to? Support this discussion with peer-reviewed references as appropriate. /3
Grand Nursing theory: select a grand nursing theory. Provide a succinct discussion of the inter-related concepts identified within the nursing theory. Discuss your POI within the framework provided by the grand nursing theory. How will the selected theory guide your assessment and perception of the identified POI? Be sure to use the PRIMARY source when citing, referencing the nursing theory. /6
Middle range nursing theory: select a middle range nursing theory. Provide a succinct discussion of the inter-related concepts identified within the middle range theory. How does your middle range theory “fit” with your grand nursing theory? Discuss your POI within the context provided by the middle range theory. How will the selected theory guide your assessment and perception of the POI? Be sure to use the PRIMARY source when citing/referencing the middle range theory. /6
Complexity science: discuss your POI within the framework of complexity science. Depending on your POI, this discussion may have organizational, leadership, or physiologic focus. /3
Ethical framework: Identify and discuss ethical principles that have direct application to your POI. This may include such principles as autonomy, justice, beneficence, etc. /3
Conclusion: this section should summarize the information presented in your paper.

The canonization of 1960’s experimental counterculture theatre

The canonization of 1960’s experimental counterculture theatre

What are the elements of theatre works chosen to represent the 1960’s avant-garde, who have they been chosen by and what do they say about our society?

These are some sources that I need to use ( at least 3 of them )

Crowther, Paul. Cultural Exclusion, Normativity, and the Definition of Art. Journal of Aesthetics and Art Criticism (2003): 121-31. Print.
Crowther separates exclusionism (cultural exclusion) into two basic forms in the beginning of his article : explicit and tacit. He describes exclusionism’s explicit mode as affirming the preeminence of one cultural group over the latter and excluding those groups from participation in society as long as the practices elemental to their identities remain different than those of the ruling culture. He adds that tacit exclusionism involves similar elements but is generally unrecognizable as well as unintentional and relates much broader attitudes. He notes that the rest of his arguments are based on tacit exclusionism. He observes the behavior of tacit exclusion through the axes of normativity that are:
1. The factors that categorize and classify art form
2. The criteria among those factors that enable distinctions of merit between art works.
The first section of the article concentrates on formalist approaches to the definition of art and how their tacit exclusionism adds to a questionable comprehension of normativity. Then, the article moves on to interrogate Designation definitions of art (based on the idea that artists’ designation of something as art due to a theoretical perspective is central to the creation of art as opposed to the artwork itself) Crowther argues that this standpoint is tacitly exclusionist and relates to broader problematic understandings of normativity. The third section of the article outlines artifactual imaging and its relation to the value of art. Finally, the article investigates and artwork’s place compared to those similar and theorizes the definition of art in terms of exclusionism.

Crowther, Paul. Defining Art, Creating the Canon: Artistic Value in an Era of Doubt. New York: Oxford UP, 2007. Print.
Crowther, aims to answer the questions of what art is; why it is valuable and why some more than others, through an epistemological and historical perspective as opposed to his predecessors and their continuous emphasis on aesthetics. As a response to the “neo-conservative/ global consumerist degradation of artistic value”, Crowther fights the notion depicting humans as subjects driven solely by economic and social demands. His theory that aims to overcome this degradation lies on the fundamental value of creating art and the way it develops though innovation and historical rectification. He demonstrates his belief that narrow traditionalist terms should not define the canon. The book primarily exemplifies Crowther’s theories by applying them to music, such as the reasons for the decline of musical provision in schools. This information still proves to be valuable for the psychology behind canonization. Crowther also provides a perspective on why Designationist theories have gained such eminence. He attributes such notions to consumerism, advertisement, the cult of efficiency etc.

Bryson, Bethany. “”Anything But Heavy Metal”: Symbolic Exclusion and Musical Dislikes.” American Sociological Review 61.5 (1996): 884. Web.
In this article, Bryson offers quantitative evidence of cultural anomaly. The main source of data is a General Social Survey ion 1993 based on musical dislikes. The article aims to show that cultural taste is used to fortify symbolic boundaries between people and categories of those they don’t like. She rejects Bourdieu’s argument of high-status cultural exclusion and instead offers the claim that musical exclusiveness decreases with education. She links political and musical tolerance. The most interesting part of her claims lies within her inclusion of racism and democratic liberalism into her argument. The genres whose fans are least educated seem to be rejected mostly by the musically tolerant. Her main argumentative point is that “cultural tolerance constitutes multicultural capital as it is unevenly distributed in the population and evidences class-based exclusion”. This article provides import data on statistical evidence for claims central to an argument on canonization, such as taste patterns’ ability to reflect and influence social and economic structure.

Greetham, David. “`Who’s In, Who’s Out’: The Cultural Poetics Of Archival Exclusion.” Studies In The Literary Imagination 32.1 (1999): 1. MasterFILE Premier. Web. 26 Feb. 2015.
The arguments present in this article are like many others, based on power and memory. Greetham argues that archives do not accurately represent our history but instead present and idealized reflection of it. When they should represent the rules, they demonstrate the exceptions. As an example he uses the time capsule sent into space that did not include many negative sides of history. He believes that archives are clandestinely politicized while being covered-up as objective representations. He notes that often it is those things ignored that are most valuable and worth preserving. The article creates the a question such as: Not everything can be remembered, so now what? ; and the paradox that abundance makes it easier to store and create but harder to manage. Greetham finally comments on our struggle to find ways to navigate among cultural remains that repress as well as constitute our memory archives and gives a personal account on how exclusion works against his interest.

Butler, B. (2009). ‘Othering’ the archive – from exile to inclusion and heritage dignity: The case of palestinian archival memory. Archival Science, 9(1-2), 57-69. doi:http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/s10502-009-9095-0

The paper establishes the inevitable nature of archives and their occurence in the structural breakdown of a memory. The focus lies on there being a “ mal d’ archive” (malice in the archive). The controversy lies within the fact that while there certainly lies and Assault on Truth, the hunt for something secret or lost is also present. Derrida creates a strategy based on rethinking the methods of archiving constituencies that have been excluded from the dominant cultural-institutional discourse. She engages with the moral-ethical issues that shape the future of cultural heritage studies. There is mainly a broad anthropological stand-point present in her arguments. A great portion of the paper engages with the ethical and conceptual issues built up by the author in the first chunk, in terms of Plaestinian cultural politics and how this creates a threat on what Butler calls ‘Heritage dignity’. The paper ends with a call to action for “archival grand narratives to be relinquished in terms of a more humane therapeutics”
