One Ferris wheel, one large big top tent, assorted animals, 27 circus people, and the vans and trucks needed for transportation. It’s been financially holding its own but after a year you have decided to expand, upgrade your equipment, and hire a headline trapeze artist from France. You need an influx of cash to make this happen. You have two large private investors and a Florida theme park that would like to invest but wants you to winter every year at their landmark park.

Requirements
Using your own numbers the sheet should include some of the following; profits, income, proceeds, earnings, wages, box office; and expenses, overheads, fees, operating expenses, and fixed costs, etc.

Create an interactive spreadsheet that allows the viewer to change some of the critical numbers to realize the possible risks involved with different variables. As you complete this assignment, be sure to Ask Risk Manager questions. For example how would an increase/decrease in ticket prices affect the financial picture? Does the cost increase with more traveling? How long might the circus stay in one city before the cost of feed, salaries, etc. did not keep up with the box office?

OD Development

In this module your project outline is due with specific details you have uncovered via research. Although complete sentences are not necessary, your bullet points should be in complete thoughts; for example, saying your intervention is for “group process” does not say enough about what you are planning. Mentioning using a specific type of intervention to improve group performance is a complete thought. This is the time to look ahead in your research to find the right intervention for the problem or opportunity you have uncovered.

Organization development (OD) is a strategic, organization-wide effort with the purpose of increasing organization effectiveness and health by means of planned interventions in the organization’s processes

Context: Organization development (OD) is a strategic, organization-wide effort with the purpose of increasing organization effectiveness and health by means of planned interventions in the organization’s processes. OD focuses on the social and human aspects of an organization as a way to improve the organization’s ability to adapt and solve problems. OD is not a paint-by-the-numbers approach to problem solving. Rather, OD emphasizes fairness, openness, freedom from coercion, and individual autonomy to change an organization’s culture.

In the previous assignments for this course, you explored various change models and examined how real-world companies have successfully implemented change. The intent of these assignments was to present the components common to most change initiatives (e.g., leadership, motivation, resistance, communication). Additionally, the course readings presented numerous concepts, principles, and models of organization change. The purpose of the Change Initiative Paper is to provide an opportunity for the student to assemble and organize this knowledge into a final culminating project.

Directions: Identify an actual organization with which you are familiar. Identify a possible change that will increase this organization’s effectiveness and/or health. Select an established change model to implement this change. Write a paper that influences your reader to adopt a specific organization change initiative. The change model you select will determine the appropriate organization and specific content of the paper; however, your paper needs to address the following:
• The need for change (e.g. organizational culture shift, changing technologies, reorganization, customer demands, etc.).
• The change model.
• The role of the leader in the change initiative.
• Process of change.
• Overcoming barriers to change.
• Sustaining change.

Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
This assignment uses a grading rubric. Instructors will be using the rubric to grade the assignment; therefore, students should review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the assignment criteria and expectations for successful completion of the assignment.

*The Hotel Brussels, the one replying to the comments on TripAdvisor is the community manager Yves Frateur : email:

*The Sofitel Le Louise, the one replying to the comments on TA is the Front of the House Manager Stéphanie Bronner. email: couldn’t find
For this hotel, there are 50 comments from july to september only

But you should precise that we took 50 from July for the Hotel
and 50 from July to September for the Sofitel

Maybe you think it’s better to take also from the Hotel some comments from July August and September so you can split and take 10 from sept 15 from august and 15 from September… or whatever i don’t know what is better.

And also it’s the Sofitel le Louise
and not the one you took Sofitel Brussels Europe, can you please change?
Be sure it is the good hotel on TripAdvisor, otherwise the results won’t be real.

What about “content analysis”? in 3.6 you only talked about interviews, don’t you think you need to talk about content analysis ?
because you are going to use it, to compare the different type of comments right ?

I’m a bit lost about the research tools…
the Questionnaires are to people writing on TA to analyse consumer behavior.

Content analysis to identify the nature of the online reviews and responses of the management

Interviews with the management to analyse the effectiveness of their responses and the effects

Is it right? or you are thinking about something else.

Don’t forget to put the Appendices with all the details about the questions, the interviews, the responses, and the comments of trip advisor to show example, its not included in the 16 pages you need to write.
