The purpose your first writing assignment is to show you the important relationship between motivation and economics

For this assignment, you should focus on chapters 2-6 in your text as well as Chapters 1-3 in Foundations of Business Economics and the article entitled, “Workers Attitudes and the Cost of Production:Hypothesis Tests in an Equilibrium Model”.

The purpose your first writing assignment is to show you the important relationship between motivation and economics. I want you to start thinking like a manager…last week you all found examples of companies that had come up with interesting ways to improve their employees attitudes. Do you think that the CEO would approve these programs if the manager suggesting them couldn’t prove that it would also be beneficial for the company? For this weeks assignment, I would like you to find an example (you may use the same company as last week if you choose) of a company that is motivating it’s employees with some type of special program. I would then like you to provide in some detail how this program has increased the productivity, and ultimately the profitability of the company. Please make sure to use the key concepts from all of the readings.

This paper should include 3-5 pages of content with an additional cover and reference page. This is a total of 5-7 pages.

Proposal Literature

Proposal Literature: People have been spending thousands of dollars in the late twenty years for sound system

An empirical investigation of implementation of low budget ”acoustic designing” business plan in the states

here is an explanation about this research:

People have been spending thousands of dollars in the late twenty years for sound system. That would be in the houses, cars, clubs, bars and etc. But not all of them ended up having the sound they were looking for because of acoustic rules, which not everyone is known about it. Customers will be able to save costs for having a good sound quality in their rooms by having an acoustic room. This will require measurement of the room and evaluation of the needed equipment and finding the minimum and maximum required sound system. There are few competitors which are offering this service but they are mostly costly and luxurious. Starting a related business with fewer expenses could be a great business plan, which needs academic investigation in both marketing and audio industry.

Research Question
My research question will be investigation of the possibility of running a low budget business in the states and sell this service to target audience. This is going to be an empirical research and it will include both business and audio technology side of literatures and analysis. I believe this will be a significant and proper topic since it is related to my future study, which is Audio Technology. I can also use my previous marketing knowledge in marketing research that will be needed later on for the research.
One of my future modules will be “Acoustics” and I will use my previous and future knowledge to evaluate the expenses and equipment needed for offering such service to companies and personal customers. This includes a mathematical process to measure the room to sound with the least noise and reflections.
