Business Strategy Short Case Analysis

I have attached the instructions for you along with the case study and pages from the book.

Please read the instructions carefully. They are very clear and easy to understand, so please follow them just as described – I would really appreciate that as it saves both of our time as I won’t have to send the assignment back for revision if it’s conducted just like it says.
