[order_calculator]| Please answer all the essay questions below, 2 pages for each essay question as this is a prepared exam essay question.
1. What has been the contribution of Subaltern Studies and the Cambridge School to our understanding of Indian nationalism? Why has the study of Indian nationalism proven to be divisive? 2. Assess how M. K. Gandhi’s political and ethical vision and strategies transformed the role of the Indian National Congress in the anti-colonial struggle between 1918 and 1942? Can we call this period one of ‘mass nationalism’? 3. Compare and contrast the formation of new states in India and Pakistan. Why, despite broadly similar institutional inheritances and colonial legacies, did India’s and Pakistan’s democratic trajectories quickly diverge upon independence?†Please cite the points with the sources that I required. It doesnt have to be in proper essay form, it could even in point form as this is an essay an exam, so please make it clear to understand. You don’t have to directly cite the pages of the book, maybe just tell me approximately which chapter is it and it would be fine for the exam. |

London’s, “To Build a Fire”, is set in the vast, white, frozen expanse of the Klondike, while Shelley’s “Frankenstein”, is set on snowy white glaciers, windswept Scottish coastlines, and Arctic wastelands. How do these authors use setting to reveal the interior qualities and values on their main characters? How do the settings symbolically represent who and what London’s protagonist and Shelley’s Victor Frankenstein are? Be sure to analyze each author’s use of setting in detail, drawing carefully chosen examples from the texts and analyzing them. Also be sure, in the last part of your essay, to compare/contrast the two authors’ manipulation of setting and speculate on what It may reflect about their own attitude towards these characters. Do they approve or disapprove of them? Draw some conclusions”
This is the exact assignment from my professor. Hopefully the writer who is given this assignment is familiar with both pieces of literature. If it has any effect on the manner in which you formulate the essay, I am a very strong writer. Thank you! |

Gaining and sustaining competitive advantage is vital for any business to maintain success. Differentiation is often considered the most successful strategy to pursue to achieve this. Discuss how differentiation through knowledge management will devise and develop business strategy in your sector in the future. i work for a UK based bingo operator called majestic bingo ltd, we have 15 clubs around the UK as well as an online presence. the assignment ask’s for this to be orientated towards my sector. an interesting technological management tool we currently have within majestic bingo clubs is the “maxim” membership computer. although this is not currently getting used to its full potential i think this would be an interesting topic to use for this assignment. currently the computer allows customers to scan their membership cards upon arrival, the computer also offers live summaries of admissions and generates reports. reports can be used for mail-out promotions or instant voucher printing. there are many more capabilities this system could use such as tracking spends and winners information (this could allow marketing efforts to be more specifically directed, for instance offering money off vouchers to the more dissatisfied customers that don’t win as often) however this is not being used in any club. i read something online a while ago about a competitor “GALA” bingo winning an award for their membership computer system an i feel Majestic have some catching up to do. |

Please note that the first question is worth 40 points while the second question is worth 60 points. While there is no limit on how much time you may spend or on the length of your responses, my expectation is that you should be able to complete both questions within no more than three hours. I think it likely difficult to effectively address each question in less than two pages. However, know that you will be evaluated exclusively on the effectiveness (not length) of your response. 2. In responding to the questions, you may use the textbook. As the objective is to demonstrate your ability to synthesize your overall understanding of broad topics within chapters 10-13, please seek to go beyond merely presenting concepts or facts from the text. Rather, develop your logic and clearly support your observations/conclusions with appropriate examples and/or reasoning that DIRECTLY ADDRESS THE QUESTION(S) ASKED |
